Anyone can rent a machine and leave zebra stripes. We run rotary surface cleaners for driveway pressure washing, so it dries one even color instead of wand streaks, plus the hot-water rig for oil, rust bleed, and winter road salt.

Polymeric sand hardens in the joints and locks each paver in place.
Unsealed, freshly washed pavers start growing weeds again within a season. Sealed, they shrug off two or three Long Island winters.
Wood decks get low pressure, always with the grain, because a careless wand furs the wood fibers. Once dry, brick and wood sealant protects the investment, and PVC and wood fences get soft washed so the finish stays intact.
